This
WoW Cooking 1 - 525 guide will show you how to raise your cooking skill from 1 - 525 in the quickest and most cost effective way. This guide is updated for the Cataclysm expansion, patch 4.3
Prerequisite
Leveling up cooking does differ from the other guides where you either farm or buy the materials / recipes. With cooking you will have to complete fairly short quests in order to get your skill level past a certain point. I'll tell you more details when you get to those points so you know exactly what to do.

Things you should ideally have before starting:
- A level 85 character
- Flying Mount

- [Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link] - Found in your spell book under the General Tab.
If you don't have any or only some of the above, don't worry you can still carry on, it will just take you longer to get to 525.

Apprentice 1 - 80
Start off by learning the

When you reach 75, pay a visit to your trainer and learn Journeyman Cooking.
Journeyman 80 - 130
If you are playing on the Alliance side you can buy the recipe
[Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link] which you can use to help you skill up. You can purchase it from
[Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link] in Stormwind.
For this next part, you can either head over to Echo Isles which is located in Durotar, to the bottom right of the map and farm the Clam meat from
[Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link]. Or alternatively you can head over to Darkshore and farm
[Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link] for Crawler Meat and Crawler Claw, which you can use to make

[Trebuie sa fiti inscris si conectat pentru a vedea acest link].

At this point visit your closest trainer and learn Expert Cooking.
The Raptors that you farm will also drop

At this point visit your closest trainer and learn Master Cooking. You'll need to complete another quest chain to pick up the next recipe.
